Kseng
Purpose-built for performance
Kseng engineers designed this single-row carport to maximize both parking protection and kWh output. A 5–6 m clear span covers two standard sedans with zero center posts, freeing driveway space and simplifying snow removal.
Premium, corrosion-proof materials
• Columns & beam: national-standard Q235B carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized for 25-year anti-corrosion life.
• Rails & purlins: 6005-T5 aluminum with anodic oxidation, lightweight yet 30 % stronger than common 6063.
• Fasteners: SUS 304 stainless bolts, nuts and self-drilling screws—no rust streaks on your vehicles.
70 % pre-assembled, 100 % tool-free on site
Each bay ships with posts, beam and rail segments factory-connected into “bolt-and-play” modules. No cutting, no welding, no on-site drilling.
Modular, customizable layout
Standard bay length: 5.5 m (fits 2 cars). Expand in 1.1 m increments for additional bays or EV-charging integration.
All-weather engineering
Wind load 60 m/s, snow load 1.4 kN/m² certified through TÜV & SGS. Integrated grounding lugs and hidden cable trays keep wiring safe and neat. Optional gutter kit channels rain away from driver doors.
Applications
Residential Villas & Townhouses
Cover private driveways with a 5–6 m single-row steel carport that powers the home by day and charges EVs at night—zero electricity bills, zero hassle.
Retail & Shopping Centers
Deploy multiple bays in visitor lots to deliver weather-proof parking while exporting surplus solar to the grid, cutting operating costs and boosting green credentials.
Industrial & Logistics Parks
Shade employee buses and truck queuing lanes with a scalable MW-level array. Direct-coupled to the plant’s LV switchboard for peak-shaving and demand-charge savings.
Public Institutions & Campuses
Government offices, hospitals and universities use standardized kits to create “net-zero” parking plazas—fast to install, easy to showcase renewable education.
Distributed Energy Micro-grids
Pair the carport with batteries or V2G chargers; in a blackout it becomes an emergency power hub, delivering up to 72 h of critical load for adjacent buildings or rescue vehicles.
