Manufacturing Bases
Kseng, a national high-tech enterprise specializes in providing solar racking and tracking systems for residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar applications.
Headquartered in Xiamen, China, it owns two production bases in Xiamen(Xiamen Kseng New Energy Co., Ltd) and Zhangzhou(Fujian WeiSheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd), Fujian with an annual production capacity of up to 10GW. It integrates five production lines covering aluminum/carbon solar racking, tile roof hook, solar tracker and ground screw, aiming at building a solar racking manufacturing enterprise with a whole industrial chain through vertical integration production.
 

Zhangzhou Manufacturing Base

We own complete integrated manufacturing lines including casting, extrusion and anodizing to achieve full self-control over aluminum raw materials and finished solar profiles. 
 
Our casting line recycles workshop scraps into standard aluminum billets; high-efficiency extrusion presses shape customized structural aluminum profiles for solar mounting systems; and automatic anodizing lines provide durable anti-corrosion surface treatment. The closed-loop production chain delivers stable raw material supply, precise profile forming and reliable weatherproof anodized finishes for global solar project demands.

Xiamen Manufacturing Base

Kseng Xiamen xiang’an manufacturing base total investment amount is 300 million yuan, of which the first phase investment amount is 150 million, and the second phase investment amount is 150 million. Covering an area of more than 25,000 square meters and a construction area of more than 54,000 square meters. The first phase has a construction area of 20,700 square meters, including more than 2,500 square meters of office buildings, more than 14,000 square meters of factory buildings, and more than 4,000 square meters of dormitory buildings; the second phase has a construction area of more than 30,000 square meters. It’s current annual production capacity is 6 GW, after the completion of the second phase is expected to reach a total capacity of 15GW for production Balcony Solar、Solar Carport、Solar Roof Mounting System、Solar Ground Mounting System、Solar Farm Mounting System and Solar Tracking System.

5 Major Production Lines
Full-Process Strict Quality Control System
As a professional full-chain solar mounting manufacturer, KSENG implements ISO 9001 standardized quality management system covering product design, raw material incoming inspection, in-line production monitoring, finished product lab testing and pre-shipment audit. We deploy independent QC teams and professional reliability test labs in both Xiamen & Zhangzhou production bases, with full traceability via MES production management system. Every solar racking component passes multi-layer inspections to guarantee 25-year outdoor service life and full compliance with IEC, TUV, UL, CE and other global standards.
 

Design Quality Control

All new solar mounting solutions complete multi-dimensional structural verification before mass production:

1. Wind & snow load finite element simulation to match local national building codes of over 100 countries;
2. Static/dynamic load prototype test in internal lab to reach 250% overload safety margin;
3. Material anti-corrosion matching test for coastal, inland, desert and alpine environments;
4. Pre-assembly fit trial to optimize component tolerance, simplify on-site installation;
5. Design change closed-loop approval process, all revisions recorded and archived for traceability.

Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

We only cooperate with certified top-tier raw material suppliers; all metal raw materials and hardware fasteners undergo strict incoming inspection before storage:

1. Material certificate cross-verification: aluminum 6063-T5, Q235B carbon steel, stainless steel 304/316 alloy composition test via spectrum analyzer;
2. Dimensional & thickness sampling inspection for profiles, steel coils and plates with caliper, micrometer and thickness gauge;
3. Raw material hardness & tensile strength mechanical test to meet standard mechanical performance;
4. Hardware bolt torque matching inspection, confirm tensile yield strength of stainless fasteners;
5. Unqualified materials marked, isolated and returned to suppliers without entering production line.

In-Process Quality Control (IPC)

Full-time QC inspectors patrol all 5 automatic production lines, set fixed inspection nodes for each manufacturing procedure:

1. Cutting & stamping: 100% visual surface defect check, sampling dimensional tolerance test every 50 pcs;
2. CNC bending & robotic welding: non-destructive dye penetrant test for welding seams, eliminate virtual welding & cracks;
3. Anti-corrosion surface treatment: eddy current coating thickness test for anodizing, hot-dip galvanizing & powder coating; adhesion cross-cut test to verify coating binding force;
4.Real-time data recording via MES system, every batch linked with operator, equipment and inspection records for full traceability;
5. Defect closed-loop management: semi-finished non-conforming products isolated, reworked and re-inspected before next procedure.

Finished Product Lab Reliability Test (FQC)

1. Salt Spray Corrosion Test: NSS neutral salt spray over 1000 hours for aluminum anodized parts; hot-dip galvanized steel passes 1500-hour salt spray test, no red rust on substrate;
2. UV Accelerated Aging Test: 2000h QUV ultraviolet simulation, verify coating anti-aging performance under strong sunlight;
3. Static & Dynamic Load Test: simulate heavy snow and 12-level typhoon wind pressure, test bracket deformation and structural stability;
4. Thermal Cycling Test: -40℃ ~ +85℃ temperature cycle aging, adapt to extreme cold & high temperature outdoor environments;
5. Complete pre-assembly simulation test: full set kit trial assembly to confirm all accessories match installation manuals perfectly;
6. All test reports archived, support customer third-party audit and project certification submission.

Pre-Shipment Quality Audit (OQC)

Before container loading, QC team completes full shipment audit for every order batch:

1. Batch quantity reconciliation: cross-check packing list with finished cartons, confirm all components are complete without missing accessories;
2. Packing & protection inspection: verify corner protectors, moisture-proof bags, pallet binding to avoid transit deformation & scratch;
3. Random spot pre-assembly sampling before sealing containers;
4. Confirm pre-assembled components and complete multilingual installation manuals are included in each package;
5. Record container condition, seal number and loading photos for delivery archive;
6. Only fully qualified batches are released for shipment, zero tolerance for defective mixed loading.
