Kseng, a globally recognized solar bracket manufacturer, is proud to announce the successful completion and commissioning of a 1MW fish-solar complementary project in Malaysia, marking another important milestone in the company's expansion into the Southeast Asian renewable energy market. This project fully integrates solar power generation with traditional aquaculture, leveraging the unique geographical and climatic conditions of Malaysia to achieve "land-efficient, dual-benefit" development, while demonstrating Kseng's strength in customized solar bracket solutions for complex aquatic environments. 

Located in a major aquaculture area in Malaysia, the project faces the key challenges of high humidity, frequent rainfall, and potential corrosion from aquatic environments—factors that place strict requirements on the durability and corrosion resistance of solar brackets. To address these challenges, Kseng specially adopted zinc-aluminum-magnesium carbon steel as the core material for the solar brackets. This material boasts superior corrosion resistance compared to traditional steel, with a service life of over 25 years, effectively resisting the erosion of moisture, salt mist, and aquatic organisms, ensuring long-term stable operation of the solar system in the harsh aquatic environment. 

In terms of foundation design, the project adopted concrete pile foundations, which are perfectly adapted to the soft soil conditions of the fish pond. The concrete piles are deeply embedded in the pond bottom, providing strong load-bearing capacity to support the entire solar bracket system and solar panels, while avoiding damage to the pond structure and affecting fish farming activities. The rational design of the foundation also ensures the stability of the system even in extreme weather such as heavy rain and strong winds, which are common in Malaysia. 

With a total installed capacity of 1MW, the fish-solar complementary system can generate clean electricity stably throughout the year, meeting the power needs of local aquaculture operations and surrounding communities, while reducing reliance on traditional fossil energy and carbon emissions. At the same time, the solar panels installed above the fish pond provide shade for the fish, reducing water evaporation, regulating water temperature, and creating a more suitable living environment for fish growth—realizing the dual benefits of "solar power generation + fish farming" and maximizing the economic and environmental value of the land. 

As a professional solar bracket manufacturer, Kseng provided end-to-end services for this project, including customized design of solar brackets, supply of high-quality zinc-aluminum-magnesium carbon steel materials, guidance on concrete pile foundation construction, on-site installation and commissioning, and post-operation maintenance support.
